Stopping email from me
Any one of these works, permanently, and none of them needs a reply from me or a reason from you. Use whichever is quickest.
Reply STOP
Reply to any email I have sent you with the word STOP. Nothing else needs to be in the message. This is read automatically and you are suppressed on the next poll.
Your mail app's Unsubscribe button
Every email I send carries a standard one-click unsubscribe header, so Gmail and Outlook show their own Unsubscribe link at the top of the message. One click and your mail app sends the opt-out for you.
Email me and say so
If you no longer have the original email, or the address you want stopped is a different one, just tell me which address to suppress.
Email donny@recoverroofleads.comWhat "permanent" means here. Your address goes on a do-not-contact list and stays there. It is not a 90-day pause and there is no re-engagement campaign later. I keep the suppression entry precisely so that nothing reaches you again — deleting it would lose the record of your having asked.
Every route above takes effect within 24 hours, and in practice within one polling cycle. There is no retention email, no "are you sure", and nobody will call you about it.
If you are already a customer
This page is about marketing email. To cancel your subscription, email me and it is done — see the terms. Cancelling billing and unsubscribing from email are separate things, and doing one does not silently do the other.
Why you got an email at all
I email roofing companies in Dallas–Fort Worth about a paid service, using information that is already public about the business. Those are commercial messages and they say so, and every one carries a real postal address and a working opt-out — which is what this page is. If you think something reached you that should not have, tell me and I would genuinely like to know.
